An induction video for candidates attending a 24 hour NHS Management Recruitment Session. This video was part of a short-listed entry for the HSJ Recruitment and Retention Award. We gave the camera the POV of the candidate so that the viewer would be drawn into the virtual world of their written scenarios. Candidates would then have a clear image in their minds during assessment and be able to perform to the best of their abilities. This clip is an extract from the programme and excludes confidential test content.
