A Training Video using a series of written scenarios to explore the problems of managing diversity in the workplace. Actors were used to depict everyday work situations that included subtle forms of discrimination which were then analysed and discussed. Used extensively as a backdrop to diversity workshops held within the Inland Revenue and other large organisations. This clip shows one of the scenarios from the programme.
