A video to give new Management Trainees an insight into the intricacies of managing the NHS. We adopted an investigative approach to gather candid opinions from members of the public, current managers, clinicians and ancillary workers. These views were then scripted to illustrate the vast complexities of the largest organisation in Europe and the challenges ahead for those managing it. This video was part of a short-listed entry for the HSJ Recruitment and Retention Award.
