A programme to introduce new Management Trainees to the realities of today's NHS. We adopted an investigative approach, gathering candid opinions from members of the public, current managers, clinicians and ancillary workers to obtain a critical insight into how the service is perceived by both providers and patients. This video has been short-listed for the HSJ Recruitment and Retention Award.
